Warranty
The warranty period for all structural parts is two (2) years, and one (1) year for the battery, motor, and electronics, starting from the date of delivery.
Be sure to register your Companion when you receive it to make warranty claims easy.
Cheelcare does not warranty damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, nor defects caused by improper maintenance. The full user maintenance schedule is included within the user manual that shipped with your unit.
